VISION AND MISSION

Our mission is to provide nutrition to soil in used n agriculture, afforestation, plantation activities, gardens, lawns, turfs, kitchen gardens & everywhere organically. Our vision safe food & environment to  every living being present on the Earth. We can fulfil this by doing the following things:

AFFORESTATION:
  • In the race of development, we have left everything behind when it comes to nature. The constant cutting of trees for wood supplies or agriculture use or to build buildings or any other use. This unwise planning and deforestation for any reason can lead a negative impact on the environment.

  • Afforestation is the restructuring of forest cover by natural plantation or by artificial seedling process.

  • Afforestation restores ecological balance of all ecosystems, maintains biological diversity and act as catch for all and water, prevents floods and future of tribal people.

  • Due to afforestation, the excess carbon-dioxide is reduced , it also cuts down danger  of global warming, prevents erosion and benefits the environment.

PLANTATION ACTIVIES:

Plantation activities can be done on various levels collectively as well as independently. Most importantly, in every activity we must not only plant trees but also nurture them and protect them. Plantation drives for all age groups should be organized to make it a more fun activity.

GARDENING:

Not only in our homes, but people should convert waste lands & small patches of lands into green zones & and plaant more trees & nurture them for more oxygen supplies & beautification of the place. Children should be involved into these kind of activities which will help spread awareness amongst them, these activities will inspire them & will build a soft corner for nature in their hearts & also is a very good physical activity.

KITCHEN GARDENS:

Kitchen gardening is an age-old traditional concept which got lost in previous years. Back in time, lot of women used to grow vegetables that required less space and time which were frequently used in day-to-day cooking. Growing your own vegetables in your kitchen garden may yeild smaller quantities but if one plans to develop a terrace kitchen garden or has ample space, one can easily grow 40-50% of monthly vegetables  from this. This requires very small investment and is quite a fun activity.

NEED OF KITCHEN GARDENS IN LOCKDOWN:

  • While the availability of a regular supply of vegetables is a concern for some during the ongoing lockdown in Indian cities, those who have been maintaining kitchen gardens for a while have a sense of relief with the availability of some vegetables in their backyard.

  • The interest in kitchen gardens has spiked among urban residents during the lockdown and those who have been gardening for a while are sharing best practices in informal networks and through formal platforms.

  • The lockdown period has also got people interested in composting and organisations working in this area are promoting composting of kitchen waste.

HUMAN NATURE RECONNECTION:
  • All these activities bring humankind closer to nature and makes them realise how important it is to preserve and take care of nature. This should not be just kept to ourselves but should be taught and passed on to later generations to keep the process of nature conservation continuous.

  • Subjects and practical education should be made compulsary so that such activities of plantation and conservation should be inculcated organically from childhood.

 GREEN INNOVATION:

Our products are a result of  "GREEN INNOVATION".

The rampant and prolonged usage of chemical fertilizers has brought down the productivity of Indian farmlands to abysmally low levels. The food, fruits, vegetables and even the milk from animals feeding on the grass of such lands is impacting the well-being of world population. Using organic fertilizers is the only way our world can look up to leading a healthy life.

We are grounded to our roots, and committed to promote the usage of organic fertilizers for conserving the environment. Our 2 units in Jabalpur and Satna, spread over 50 acres are producing almost 100 metric tons of organic fertilizers per day. We are soon going to make the organic fertilizers available in packages ranging from 1 Kg to 50 Kgs.

TYPES OF ORGANIC FERTILIZERS MANUFACTURED BY US ARE :

  • VERMICOMPOST:

It is the end product of composting process, that uses various species of worms to create superior quality compost. It improves the soil and facilitates a healthy growth of crops.

  • ORGANIC MANURE:

Organic manure/fertilizers are derived from animal matter, animal excreta , human excreta and vegetable matter. These fertilizers are used for enriching soil naturally.

  • PHOSPHATE RICH ORGANIC MANURE (PROM):

It is an alternative to Di-ammonium phosphate and single super phosphate. We combine natural products like animal waste , city waste,  and agro waste with earth products to produce  PROM. Phosporus is required by all plants but its limited availability restricts plant growth. PROM is to enrich the soil and enhance the produce.

  • ORGANIC PEST REPELLENT AND PLANT GROWTH PROMOTER:

These 2 products are made with cow urine mixed with jaggery , turmeric , de-oiled cake (DOC) and lemon. The mix is produced and fermented for 2 months making it all natural. These are the products that improve the overall health, growth and development of plants.

TECHNOLOGIES INVOLVED IN THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND MANUFACTURING OF MANURE:

  • COMPOST TURNER MACHINE:

It introduces oxygen into the compost pile, helping to speed the decomposition process.

  • PORTABLE TROMMEL SCREEN:

It selects composts of variable size fractions to get rid of contaminants and incomplete composted residues forming end products with a variety of uses.

  • GO BAGGER:

It fills over 500 bags per hour making our packaging process fast and efficient.

  • MIXER MACHINES:

They are used for mixing different types of raw materials which are available in surroundings. Along with this, these machines can also be used for mixing finished compost with different products like rock phosphate , gypsum etc to increase the nutritional value of the product.

CONVERTING WASTE INTO WEALTH:

We have always given importance to efficient animal waste management. It is one of the most important tasks ahead for human kind , as only harnessing the natural resources can help in conserving the environment.

Our manure and waste management plant is set up in Satna and Jabalpur. The organic fertilizers are made through a series of waste management processes , which include collecting and recycling of different types of waste for composting, making fertilizers and generating electricity. Our compost and organic liquid fertilizers find applications in agro farming, nurseries and even in kitchen/home gardens. We also cater our products to the government mainly forest , sericulture , horticulture and agriculture departments. We aspire to spread awareness about waste management amongst the farmers so that they could learn to employ modern waste management practice for their own benefits.

GREEN POWER GENERATION:

WASTE COLLECTION, ITS PROCESSING AND ELECTRICITY GENERATION:

We are currently operating 2 biogas plants, one in Satna( capacity : 350 cubic meter/50 kilowatt per hour) and other in Jabalpur(capacity : 1.2 megawatt per hour/1200 kilowatt per hour).

At our Satna plant, the electricity generated is used to power the plant itself. The gas is used in heating milk and in the manufacturing of our other dairy products.

From our Jabalpur plant, we supply electricity to the grid which further provides it to local households. As electricity is still not easily available in the area, the government is also taking steps and reaching out to people and encouraging them to set up small biogas units, which can be operated with easily available waste( Agro waste, Household waste and cow dung).

Our aim is to eradicate the waste problem in Jabapur city and nearby areas, by sourcing manure from over 350 dairy farms in the area, which is currently being dumped in the river adding to the pollution. The city's cattle population is more than 45000 which results in a per day availability of manure waste that approximately weighs up to 1000 tons therefore, using the manure of our biogas plant creates a win-win scenario for us and for the dairy waste. Not only we will be helping the government with this plan of action, but we will be contributing in making a better and a cleaner world.

RECYCLING AND UPCYCLING:

WASTE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING IT INTO MANURE:

MANUFACTURING VERMICOMPOST:

Animal dung and domestic waste is collected in a pit of standard size around 15 X 15 X 35 feet. Red earthworms are added to the bed to increase decomposition rate. This is a 3 months long process, after which the decomposed material is filtered into fine particles.

RAW DUNG COLLECTION PROCESS:

The animal dung and solid waste is collected from all dairy farms and transported to our plant. The collected waste is then unloaded into the biogas plant for further processing.

RAW DUNG GRINDING:

The processed solid waste from the biogas digester is further processed into a slurry and then the resulting liquid slurry is separated using high-tech separator machines into dry slurry. After this, the leftover slurry is stored in lagoons for further dying and then the production of organic manure begins using various machines like trommel screens and crushers.
